Woke up 6am do pull up than went cookhouse and eat.
Everyone was damn shag .
Hah cuz watched the contenders last nite.
All of us were waiting for the 11km run 'ahm trainning' .

Went Jurong for rehersal for the Fxxxing family day for tml from 10am-3pm . shag. =\
